• Developer Escalation SLA Enforcement Platform: Sole owner of a stateful, event-driven SLA enforcement system for enterprise support contracts, where correctness failures affect real customer SLAs, spanning Atlassian's Jira Service Management instances. Designed and shipped dozens of features. Zero high-severity incidents from my changes across a year of sole ownership.
• Orchestration Platform: Accountable owner of an internal job orchestration platform (Python/Flask, Postgres) used across the org. Built an automated cleanup job saving $8K–$14K/week in cloud spend. Self-initiated consolidation of a legacy service, contributing to a company-wide engineering KR targeting a 25% reduction in active services.
• AI Platform: Architecting the AI-powered change management system described above under Selected Projects.
• Infrastructure & Security: Multi-region EKS (Terraform/Terragrunt/Helmfile, Karpenter), AWS, and Atlassian's Micros platform. Led incidents end-to-end; self-initiated a department-wide service identity migration eliminating an entire incident risk class. Patched 55+ CVEs across multiple services, all self-identified under SLO.
• Direction: Drove a 5-option platform analysis that changed the team's multi-year technical direction. Authored 15+ design docs establishing a design-before-build team standard. Mentored junior engineers; eliminated single-owner fragility through structured knowledge transfer.
• Also owns a Salesforce connector supporting cross-system data flow between customer-facing tools and internal platforms, and contributed to Atlassian's self-hosted-to-cloud migration program.

Provided customer service and project leadership for enterprise cloud migrations, ensuring success through cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and accountability to leadership. Contributed to best practices for migrating Atlassian self-hosted products to cloud instances.

Owned end-to-end product delivery for acesouthern.com (GitLab CI/CD, version control, issue tracking). Delivered hands-on Workato integration and automation work alongside Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Automation for Jira. Applied Snowflake and data warehousing concepts for business analytics. Consulted on change management, SDLC process, and risk management. The engagement wrapped up in June 2026 after the client, ACE Southern, was acquired by Henry Schein and the team was disbanded.

Led multiple implementations of proprietary vendor management software from charter development through post-closure service, for Fortune 500 entities and regional business segment leaders. Responsible for requirements gathering, data analysis, training development, environment configuration, and deployment activities with internal development, integration, and configuration teams as well as managed service provider and client executives, technologists, HR staff, and finance personnel. Affected cultural change supporting client strategic goals to modernize staffing policies, requiring significant digital transformation for most stakeholders.

Managed implementation and Phase II enhancements of the NICE Actimize case management system for a 200+ member user base as part of transformation and remediation efforts. Facilitated risk management through quarterly group audit and validated controls implementation through quarterly and annual remediation reporting. Performed financial analysis as a financial crimes investigator of US dollar clearing correspondent banking transactions, progressing to business analyst, both requiring macros and query languages.

Coordinated teams across technical, financial, and business disciplines to deliver project milestones on time, on budget, and in scope. Led project teams implementing Infor Lawson GHR, Thomson Reuters Accounting CS, and Buxton Scout. Integrated automation using Microsoft VBA, improving efficiency more than 30x for financial reporting and payroll. Independently developed an Affordable Care Act compliance analysis application for 15,000+ employees across 230+ entities. Advised 100+ client groups as SME for ACA compliance and financial analysis. Designed analysis tools for compliance-related audit requests from state and federal agencies. Designed medical practice management applications for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android based on user requirements derived from CRM data. Mitigated risks to protect projects against common and anticipated hazards. Drove growth in a software start-up through training management and user engagement, deploying three flagship updates and mobile Android/iOS apps, leading to 30% growth in user engagement.
